Several years ago Plattsburgh’s pediatrician Dr. Heidi Moore had a brilliant idea, well actually it was a dream. She dreamt of building a treehouse with a special ramp for her then wheelchair-ridden 5 year-old Max – in the hopes that her son might come close to experiencing one of her favorite childhood passions – climbing trees.
